To strengthen team cohesion and renew team energy, Xianmeilai Marketing Division I held an expansion training camp in September 2023. The team spent a memorable day together in a lively and positive atmosphere.

The camp began with a bonfire party filled with singing, dancing, and laughter. At work, team members serve as reliable partners; outside of work, they become trusted friends.The next morning, the camp officially began with the song “Unity Is Strength.” Training projects took place in teams, allowing participants to experience the collective power of working together.

“Rapid Assault”: The rapid assault project mainly tested teamwork and coordination. Participants experienced the importance of each individual within the team. Through active response, flexible adjustment, and timely cooperation, the team achieved success. After the training, each participant gained a deeper understanding of teamwork: no one should fall behind, and every person matters.

“United as One”: In this project, team members sat back-to-back on the ground and had to stand up without using their hands. The project mainly tested team cohesion. The activity first took place in four groups of ten people. The fastest group achieved a result of 1.35 seconds. Then, all 40 participants worked together. After three rounds of attempts and adjustments, the team improved from a difficult start to an excellent final result of 1.34 seconds. Effective allocation, timely adjustment, and the courage to challenge helped each person use their strengths in the right position. The team proved that many difficult tasks become possible through cooperation.

“Graduation Wall”: The graduation wall was the final project of the camp. Forty participants worked together to climb over a 4.6-meter wall without equipment. With continuous encouragement and strong team spirit, the team completed what seemed like an impossible task in 11 minutes. The project reflected responsibility, mutual trust, active cooperation, unity, shared goals, disciplined execution, and firm belief. Xianmeilai Marketing Division I moves forward with confidence and determination.
